Service Limitations

ChatExport is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We may impose limits on storage, file size, or the number of archives per account.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChatExport and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service.
